“Champs Perdrix”（意為「鷓鴣之原」）位於 Marsannay 村北側的高坡位置，
地勢開闊、朝東南，海拔略高於村內其他地塊，使得氣候更為涼爽。
土壤以石灰岩與細碎泥灰岩為主，表層薄而排水佳，
能孕育出果香純淨、酸度明亮且結構筆直的 Pinot Noir。Perched on the upper slopes of northern Marsannay, “Champs Perdrix” (Field of the Partridge) enjoys a cool, breezy east-southeast exposure.
Thin layers of marl and limestone over rocky subsoil provide excellent drainage and natural tension,
resulting in wines of purity, freshness, and vertical structure.

手工採收、分區挑選。
100% 除梗，低溫浸皮約 10–12 天以萃取細緻色香。
發酵後於法國橡木桶中熟成約 14 個月，僅使用 20–25% 新桶。
Hand-harvested and parcel-sorted.
Fully destemmed, with a gentle 10–12 day cold soak to extract aroma and finesse.
Aged 14 months in French oak barrels, around 25% new, emphasizing clarity over oak weight.
